As Virginia Satir, a respected family therapist

twelve for growth.”
Are you getting enough cuddles in your life?
Or, do you love cuddling and would love to share it with others?

people, experience nurturing touch, and have fun.

Cuddle Sheffield offers not only a great
good-feeling experience, but will also boost your happy hormones and give you
an opportunity to:
give and receive good quality touch

let go of some preconceptions about
understand how to get more satisfying
I have always loved cuddles and appreciated
their importance to my health and wellbeing. Our culture and the pace of living
often deprive us from nurturing touch. I want to demystify touch and
hugging and help others to meet their needs for nurturing physical contact.
I have been on a self-development journey for
over 16 years now. I have explored Buddhism, Hinduism and Tantra. Presently I
am studying and assisting teaching on a shamanic path. I teach yoga and
practice conscious touch.
I am an experienced facilitator and facilitated
workshops both in Europe and in the U.K.
I provide coaching and training to individuals
and group, working for a university and a number of consultancies in Sheffield.
